Professional Legal Fees for Execution of Sale & Purchase Agreement

Loan Agreement 1.0% for the first RM150,000
0.7% for the next RM 850,000
0.6% for the next RM2,000,000
0.5% for the next RM2,000,000
0.4% for the next RM2,500,000
In excess of RM2,500,000 - negotiable


Stamp Duties

Loan Agreement 0.5% of the total loan amount

Transfer of Title (for completed properties only or properties where individual Title has been issued)
1% for the first RM100,000
2% for the next RM400,000
3% for Above RM500,000

It is payable upon the issuance of the strata title and adjudication of the instrument of transfer (Form 14A under the National Land Code). Typically this is issued 3 or more years from completion of development


Disbursement Fees

Disbursement fees Include fees for registration of charge, land search and bankruptcy search. These fees vary by state, land office and type of property. For instance, in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan, the fees could range from RM300 to RM700
