are the facilities provided in this development?

The eCommunity portal is a website that provides a communication channel

of allowing payment of management fees online and other facilities. This
will be a welcome feature for owners who are not residing in the country.

The going rate for maintenance charges is currently at RM0.30 to RM0.40
psf. in most condominiums of comparable standard. Our maintenance charges
upon vacant possesion should be around RM0.30 psf.
