The inaugural issue of CiTi-ZEN quarterly
newsletter was published in 2006 by Ireka Development
Management Sdn Bhd ('IDM'). As the name suggests, CiTi-ZEN
is circulated to a niche group of individuals who are
members of the exclusive i-ZEN community. These 'CiTizens'
are owners of properties developed or managed by IDM. It is
also exclusively distributed to merchants of the i-ZEN
Privilege Card and other business associates.
The i-ZEN community consists of high-achievers in life who
are well-heeled, affluent and travel frequently - denoting
CiTi-ZEN's tagline, 'Living Life Large'. CiTi-ZEN is also
available in all i-ZEN property galleries and Ireka's
offices in Kuala Lumpur, Sabah and Vietnam.
